The Grand Ducal Court announced that a concert is schedule for January 5, 2011, in honor of Grand Duke Jean's 90th birthday. Accompanying HRH on that special day will be his children and grandchildren, and one can certainly expect other royal guests to be there showing their support for one of the most revered and respected royal figures of today.
Three major royal figures reach the august age of 90 in 2011 – HM King Michael of Romania, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg. The European Royal History Journal will commemorate these birthdays by including articles on each of the three nonagenarians!
